Kimba’s remote location is its crowning glory when it comes to stargazing, and Whites Knob Scenic Lookout offers fantastic views by day and night.

The local free camp allows stays of up to five days and is the perfect place from which to explore Kimba and the Gawler Ranges. There are no powered sites, so all RVs must be self-sufficient.

Kimba’s vibrant spirit extends into the community itself, with artistic displays visible throughout the town, including a collection of street art and recycled metal sculptures and the renowned Kimba Silo Art that is lit up every night. Kimba’s cafes, hotel and beer garden will keep your adventures going, and the 8m tall Big Galah is one to tick off the bucket list.
